This is the most amazing Volpes in the country. It is really an A grade store , situated at Atterbury value mart. The personnel are really extremely friendly and go the extra mile. Huge shop , well stocked. Thanks, Venessa. You were so patient explaining the different percale linen and getting correct sizes. This shop is highly recommended. Also extremely neat.

I bought linen online. Before the order was processed I contacted the Client Service Centre to cancel the order. The lady confirmed that she will cancel it and I will be refunded. Next thing, the order gets delivered to the Atterbury branch. I called the Client Service Centre multiple, yet no calls were answered. Even the Atterbury branch called multiple times without success.
Eventually the branch manager, Mpho, helped me and resolved the issue.
Customer Service Centre, you should get a 0! Mpho, you saved the day!

The click & collect service at Volpes Atterbury was excellent. Kagiso was extremely friendly when I arrived and went through the packing list and checked every item in my order before letting me sign for my order. He even carried the box to my car for me! This was such an effortless and enjoyable process - thank you, Volpes team!

My initial purchase was experience was friendly… but I was sold the wrong product in spite of explaining it to the sales lady: a mattress cover that covers the WHOLE mattess, the top and bottom, among others. When I finally opened the cover a few weeks later to discover it only covers the top part. I took it back on the day I opened it, explaining the situation, they were unable to refund and weren’t even able to refer me!

They sold me the wrong product and are unwilling to refund or help. I wasted nearly R1000😡
