Staff is extremely unprofessional and not helpful. Both in person & over the phone. Don’t even bother getting things for your business - order will never be placed and only few things will come.

Terrible shop. Terrible staff.
Either they stand around making no effort to assist or establish correct pricing for a client, or they are arrogant and rude.
I will not support this shop because of this.
There are plenty other shops that sell the same bed linen, towels etc and they are also cheaper. Super king duvet at  poly cotton at Volpes cost $200 more than a Super King poly cotton duvet cover at Mr Price. The quality at Volpes is not good either. I bought a dark grey one at Volpes in 2023 and first wash in 40 degree C, the colour ran very badly. I e never experienced that happen with dark colours of Mr Price duvet covers or Woolworths.
This shop is over priced in all its items compared to other shops.

Very very bad service.I am still waiting for the invoice to pay for the armchairs. Get staff interested and informed about their job!!

Terrible customer service. You can wait for what you ordered a lifetime .
