Best customer service, great promotions deals.

Bought bed sets from here just over 2 years ago expecting it to last very long and be good quality because its brand name.  The colour is coming out of it and it's looking very worn out after being used in 2 years. Keep in mind that it's not always in use as we have other bedding that we use as well. For brand name bedding, this is not good quality. I use normal sunlight powder and stay soft to wash it, yet it's lost it's colour unevenly and looks untidy now.  Sell the type of quality that you actually advertise for! At this point I'd rather buy from a China shop as it will be the same thing

The store is well stocked and pretty much cover all linen needs. I will be shocked if there’s something you can’t find here

Not good customer care.
I was assisted by a staff member that was not interested in helping me, and saw me as a nuisance.
She seemed high and almighty, not friendly at all.
I said that I found the specific King pillowcases at Cresta Volpes.
The store did not have what I was looking for - she did not even offer to order it from another branch.
I am still looking for the cat that brought me in - that was how I felt.
I returned to Cresta Volpes, and what an amazing experience again.
Friendly, helpful staff, and I bought what I wanted - a lovely vibe in the store.

Winnie is incredible!  If you shop here definitely ask for her by name.  She is familiar with all products, attentive and a really welcoming attitude.  Avoid Shakira, rude attitude, pushy poor customer service.  Paying Volpes prices you should have expect a pleasant customer service experience.  Lovely shop overall
